- Eight 7.5" x 9" wraps, 2.3 oz each (1.15 lb = 18.4 oz = 522g), serving size = 65g
- Eight 1.5 oz bags of chicken (0.75 lb = 12 oz = 340g), serving size = 42g
- Eight 1 oz bags of cheese (0.50 lb = 8 oz = 227g), serving size = 28g
- Eight 0.75 oz bags of cheese sauce (0.375 lb = 6 oz = 170g), serving size = 21g
Preparation Instructions
For Quesadillas:
- In a bowl combine cheese, chicken and sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread mixture evenly onto browned side of flat bread.
- Place second flat bread on top of mixture browned side face down.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. On a panini grill cook on medium to high for 3 minutes. Bake in a conventional oven or toaster oven at 375 degrees for approximately 6-8 minutes.
For Wraps:
- In a bowl combine cheese, chicken and sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread mixture evenly onto browned side of flat bread towards one side of the bread.
- Roll flat bread over ingredients and continue to roll until completely wrapped.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds. On a panini grill cook on medium to high for 3 minutes. Bake in a conventional oven or toaster oven at 375 degrees for approximately 6-8 minutes.
For Queso Pizza:
- In a bowl combine cheese, chicken and sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread mixture evenly onto browned side of flat bread.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Bake in a conventional oven at 375 degrees for approximately 6-8 minutes.
*For A Softer Crust Microwave. If You Prefer A Crispier Crust Grill Or Bake.
