Handling Instructions
This cake will arrive to you either refrigerated or frozen.
- We recommend keeping the cake frozen if you are not going to use it immediately. Cakes may be frozen approximately 2 to 3 months. Cakes frozen longer than 3 months aren't harmful, they just aren't at their peak flavor and texture.
- To thaw your cake let it set out at room temperature. Keep products away from direct sunlight.
- Once thawed the cake has a 7 day shelf life when kept refridgerated.
