Grandma Corbi’s classic Lemon Poppy Seed muffin batter is made with lemon puree and lemon oil that make this muffin sweet as well as moist. We use only the best ingredients like Australian poppy seeds for great flavor and appearance.

Baking Instructions
- Spray muffin tins with cooking spray, or use muffin liners.
- Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
- Preheat oven to 370° F.
- Bake approximately 23 to 25 minutes till golden brown or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- Due to variations, times may differ slightly.
- Carefully remove pan from oven. Let muffins stand for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy muffins when cooled.
