Very Veggie Light Pizza

1 Joe Corbi’s 12” Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
6 oz bag Joe Corbi’s Pizza Sauce
5.5 oz bag of Joe Corbi’s Reduced Fat 100% Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup chopped yellow onions
½ cup thinly sliced roma tomatoes
½ cup chopped colored bell peppers: green, red and orange
½ cup thinly sliced mushrooms
½ cup green olives with pimento
½ cup sliced black olives
1 tbsp favororite no-salt seasoning blend
Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pizza crust on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Pour bag of sauce evenly on crust and spread with spoon. Top pizza sauce with evenly distributed cheese. Garnish top of pizza with equal distribution of: onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, green olives and black olives. Sprinkle seasoning blend over pizza. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove pizza from oven, transfer to flat surface, and let cool for 3 minutes. Cut into 6 equal slices and serve immediately.
Luscious Light All White Pizza

1 Joe Corbi 12 inch pizza crust
2.5 oz. bag Joe Corbi white sauce
5.5 oz. bag Joe Corbi 100% real cheese blend
1 cup chopped white onions
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chopped grilled chicken
1/2 cup chopped grilled shrimp
1 tablespoon favorite no-salt seasoning blend
Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pizza crust on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Pour bag of sauce evenly on crust and spread with spoon. Top pizza sauce with evenly distributed cheese. Garnish top of pizza with equal distribution of: onion, artichokes, chicken, and shrimp. Sprinkle seasoning blend over pizza. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove pizza from oven, transfer to flat surface, and let cool for 3 minutes. Cut into 6 equal slices and serve immediately.
